Challenge
The challenge proposed by the Company in April with the Intemobile was to customize and extend the functionality of an application of existing mobile information guide for Four Wheels.
Solution Overview
The solution aims to explore the use of mobile technologies in data collection for the Guide. Reporters who are scattered throughout the country in possession of a PDA, enter into forms of research information of tourist spots, hotels and restaurants, on line and send via phone to the wording of Editora Abril.
Other features that are being used is the geo-referencing of the attractions, because the equipment has the function of GPS (Global Positioning System), this technology will provide the exact location of the attraction.
Also contemplated is the function of capturing pictures, and improving quality in the visualization of information collected.
