Traceability Solution
The InteMobile, which integrates mobile solutions and wireless technology, offers the market a unique solution for traceability, using a software developed for PDAs in the Pocket PC platform. The solution is able to register products or components at the time of its production in order to provide traceability in the future.
Among its main features include the association of the component or by-product, their own record and data at time of production, in addition to existing personnel and machinery involved in the process.
Some of the benefits generated are: traceability of product data after marketing, quality assurance with the client to aid in the study of processes of manufacturing defects and any failure, and the measurement of production rates and quality. It is also possible to minimize theft or loss of parts.
